New Year's Eve 2022

New year’s Eve Program

-          from 7 pm to 8 pm 

-          Musical Opening aperitif at the Lounge Bar EQ

We will serve

Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Prosecco, rose wine, cocktail no alcohol, cocktail with little alcohol

Selection of appetizers and finger foods.

           from 8om to 8.15 pm

All guests with Gala reservations will be invited to move up to Restaurant la Fourchette

           from 8.15 pm to 8.30 pm

The New Year’s Gala will start 

-          Starter

Red Prawn tartare is flavored with lime and ginger, Burrata Cheese cream with Italian Caviar, and is garnished with celeriac chips.

-          First Course

Open ravioli with lobster sauce, rosemary-scented oil, and velvety yellow Cherrie tomatoes

-          Main Course

Amberjack from the Tyrrhenian Sea, Coast of mountain herbs, Jerusalem artichoke foam, and little squash flan

-          Dessert 

72% dark “Bellion” chocolate pie with raspberry sauce and artisanal vanilla ice cream

 Beverages are included in the Gala Dinner 

from 11 pm 

All guests are invited to join the Terrace Lounge Bar

To welcome the new year we will prepare bottles of champagne 

Piano bar music will accompany both of you to midnight

10 minutes before midnight we will go to the outdoor terrace to start the countdown,

At midnight, a firework performance and Champagne will welcome the New Year

After midnight we will serve Cotechino, lentils, grapes, mandarins, and dried fruit to wish Luck and prosperity.

The music and voice of our pianist will continue until 2.00 am
