Mont Blanc

Skyway Monte Bianco is a very high technology project, the pride of Italian engineering. It reaches the point closest to the summit of Mont Blanc, the eighth wonder of the world.
It will allow you to take a real path to the clouds and the sky. It consists of three stops: Courmayeur (1.300 m, 4.200 feet), the starting point where the ticket offices, car parks and the bar are located; Pavillon du Mont Fréty (2.200 m, 7.200 feet), the intermediate station that offers several attractions: a high altitude cellar, 2 restaurants, a conference room and a special shopping area; Punta Helbronner (3.466 m, 11.300 feet) where from the wonderful terrace you can admire Mont Blanc and all its peaks.
From this station, through a modern tunnel, the Torino Refuge is easily accessible, the starting point for mountaineering and off-piste routes such as the Toula glacier, the Marbrées glacier and the 24 km (15 miles) of the Vallée Blanche, which lead up to Chamonix.
